Salt substitute


You may help cut down on your salt (sodium) intake by using a salt substitute. To make your own salt substitute, mix the following ingredients together and put them in a shaker:

  • () cayenne pepper
  • () garlic powder
  • () each:
    • Basil
    • Onion powder
    • Black pepper
    • Parsley
    • Mace
    • Sage
    • Marjoram
    • Savory
    • Thyme
